What is Bravisa?
Bravisa is new web-based company that provides an
e-commerce solution for an estimated 20 million online sellers. These sellers
are looking for new ways to earn money online by actively promoting and selling
products to a variety of mainstream and niche markets. Bravisa leverages their
connection and influence within their networking communities to sell your
products. In exchange, Bravisa offers a very attractive model for them to earn
money. Bravisa also removes many barriers of selling, by providing web hosting,
payment processing, and most importantly, finding manufacturers who can make
and ship products directly to the customer.

Bravisa leverages the reach and influence of the
online selling community to draw customers to your products. Bravisa lists your products and then actively
recruits sellers who then place your products on their blog, website, social
network or anyplace they draw customers. Bravisa provides tools for the sellers
to easily promote your products through various channels. Consequently, your
products get exposure to a wide variety of markets.
Who are these sellers?
There are an estimated 20 million bloggers, product enthusiasts,
mompreneurs, and other individuals who are actively looking for opportunities
to earn money online.
Does Bravisa have a seller selection process or can anyone sell
products through Bravisa?
Anyone over 13 can sell products through Bravisa
provided that they create an account and agree to terms and conditions about site usage. Bravisa will delete seller accounts if it is
detected by you or by Bravisa that fraudulent activity is occurring.
I already have an affiliate program, isn't Bravisa just another
affiliate?
No. Bravisa is a complete retail channel for you. Bravisa lists your products, handles the
payment processing and customer service. We forward the order to you to
directly fulfill to the customer.
How is Bravisa different from other retail sales channels that I
use?

You can list any products that can legally be sold
online and are in accordance with PG-13 standards.

What information does Bravisa collect?
The following describes the
information we collect and how we use it:
Registration information - When you sign up for
Bravisa, we ask for your business information such as
your name, contact email address and business address. This information
allows us to process orders and issue payments. In some cases, we may also ask you
to send us additional information or to answer additional questions to help
verify your information. The information we collect is stored in association
with your Bravisa Account.
How do I know my information is secure?
Bravisa uses
commercially reasonable and generally-accepted technological safeguards to
secure any information we collect about you. The secure server software (SSL)
we use encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. In addition,
your account information is password-protected for your privacy and security.
You should always take steps to protect the confidentiality of the password you
select. Bravisa conducts periodic reviews of data collection, retrieval, and
storage, and processing policies to protect against unauthorized
access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. The
security of your account also depends on keeping your account password
confidential, and you should not share your account name or password with
anyone. If you do share your account information with a third party, they will
have access to your account and your personal information.

We do NOT use your outside
of Bravisa and will only use your information as needed for order fulfillment. In such cases, we require that these parties agree to use

obligated to a long-term contact with Bravisa if I register?
No you can disengage at any time. Your relationship with
Bravisa is considered "at-will". If you decide to disengage, we ask that you
notify us by email so we can remove your product listing and discontinue
forwarding orders.

how many products I can list?
No. You can list as many products as you want.

How do I
submit my product information?
Currently we take .csv data feeds and excel file formats.
How does Bravisa
handle the product images I provide?
Bravisa downloads your product photos and securely stores them on our
servers. Bravisa will resize your original
product images for optimal display on our web site.
How are my
products represented to the sellers on Bravisa?
Bravisa takes the information you give us and
creates product listings.
How do the
sellers represent my products to their customers?
Sellers can edit the product name, marketing
description, and key words to meet the needs of their target market.
My product
allows for customers to upload images, how does Bravisa handle this?
When listing products that have an uploaded image,
you must provide guidelines on the image size, resolution requirements,
specific formats and any information you need in order to process the order.
Bravisa will provide a visual representation of the final product to the
customer.
Here is the information you will be asked for
(using the example of a t-shirt).
Can I edit product
information after I have listed it?
If you need to make a few minor edits to your
products, email us and let us know. For major edits, please make
changes on your product file and send us your updated file.
Am I required
to offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, see eligibility requirements.
I am worried about
sellers undercutting my other sales channels, can I determine the retail price?
If you are concerned about pricing, you can set a floor, a minimum price for which your
products can be sold. Bravisa locks in that price and guarantees that your
products won't be sold for less. (If you like, you can also set a ceiling, a maximum price for which your
products can be sold.)
Can I change my product pricing after it
has been listed?
If you need to make a few minor edits to your pricing,
email us and let us know. For major changes, please make
changes on your file and send us your updated file.
Do I have to pay for
shipping?
No. The customer
pays for shipping.
How will I know that I have an order?
You will be notified by email and will be prompted
to login to your Bravisa account to retrieve the order.
What volume of
business should I expect?
As this is a new model of doing business it is too early to predict.
What happens if the items ordered are discontinued or out of stock?
You communicate with us through your account. We correct the listings
and then handle the customer service.
What if I
can't fulfill my orders?
You communicate with us through your account and we'll work with you to
decide if we should cancel the order.
Can I contact the customers directly if
I have questions about an order?
No. Please contact Bravisa
directly about any fulfillment questions.
Can I contact
the sellers directly if I have questions about an order?
No. Please contact Bravisa
directly about any seller specific questions.
The customer has
uploaded an image with poor quality, what do I do?
Let us know and Bravisa will work with the customer
to get a better quality image.
The customer has
uploaded an image which I find offensive, what do I do?
You have the right to reject an order if you find
the material offensive.
The customer has
uploaded an image which I believe violates copyright laws, what do I do?
Let us know. While Bravisa doesn't actively police
this issue, if it is determined that someone is trying to submit copyright
materials, they will be de-listed from the site. As outlined in our terms & conditions.
My product requires that I interact with the customer before I can
make the product, what do I do?
Bravisa will email you the customer contact
information.
Shipping, Packaging &
Labeling
I have my own shipping provider, can I use it or do I have to use
Bravisa's shipping service?
You are welcome to use your own shipping provider. You
just need to communicate the flat shipping rate per product in the file you
send us. You will also need to let us know if the rate and/or service
availability for Hawaii and Alaska vary.
Am I reimbursed for shipping costs if I use my shipping provider?
