Orders

After I place an order how long will it take for me to receive it?
Each product has a lead time, or an estimated time it takes for the order to leave the warehouse. The length of time is determined by the lead time and the delivery time. The lead time is listed with the product details. The delivery time for your product depends on how far you live from the supplier and the shipping option that you have chosen. Generally speaking, you will receive your product 3-6 days after your product leaves the warehouse...

There is a 10 day lead time on the product I want to order. If I pay extra for shipping can I get my order sooner?
Some products are made to order or are special ordered and require a longer lead time. Paying extra for faster shipping service won't change the lead time, it will only ensure that once the product leaves the warehouse, the actual shipping time will be less.

What is your return policy?
Generally all of our products can be returned if they are in their original condition (unused, unopened, in original packaging) with a 10% restocking fee. Please refer to each product for the specific return policy. Some items need to be returned within 15 days. Personalized products cannot be returned. Damaged/defective items will be exchanged

What payment methods can I use to pay?
You can pay with any major credit card or with your Google Checkout or Paypal account (in accorance with their policies.)

Can I place an order over the phone?
No. You need to order directly on our secure website.

How can I be sure that checking out will be a secure transaction?
Bravisa has partnered with  PayPal and Google Checkout to process payments. You can use either of these accounts for checking out. Bravisa does not store your credit card information.

Do you ship products outside the US?
No. We currently only ship within the United States. Note: Some of our heavier items may not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Can I have my order shipped to a PO Box/APO?
We will not ship to PO Boxes. Note: if you use a PO box as the ship to address, there will be a delay in processing your order.

If I buy more than 1 product will they all be shipped at the same time?
Keep in mind that your products are not being stored in one central warehouse, so depending on what you order, you should expect your products to arrive at different times. If your products are all coming from the same supplier, whenever possible, your order will ship together.

Do I need to create an account before I place an order?
No.You can make purchases without an account. Creating an account before you place an order makes it easier for you to view the status of your current orders and also view your order history.

A product can be customized by uploading artwork. What do I do?  
Use the "Upload Image" button and the associated design tools to help you get the right size and image placement. The guidelines will be located in the product detail pages and/or in the “Help” section of the Product Option section.

When you add an image to your design, you must send the image file from your computer to our servers. The process is called "uploading." The upload time can vary widely depending on the size of the image file and the speed of your internet connection. Uploading a large image (1MB+) may take a few seconds on a fast internet connection (such as DSL) or more than 5 minutes using a slow internet connection (such as 28.8Kpbs modem).

 

There are many ways to create an image. For example, you can create one with a graphics design program, scan in a physical photograph or something you've drawn or painted, or use a digital photograph.

If I upload a photo to personalize a product, do others have access to the image I uploaded?
No. The original files that you upload are stored in a secure location and can only be accessed by the authorized manufacturer of the product associated with your image.

Who owns the artwork or images that I upload on products?
You do. Please note that under our site usage policy, our partner, Bravisa, as the host site, along with the relevant manufacturer will permanently retain a copy of the artwork you upload to create products. This helps minimize manufacturing set up time and ensure that repeat orders are processed expeditiously.

I want to buy a personalized product. How will I know what it looks like before I buy it?
Generally, it will look the same. However, digital representation of colors might be different from the actual colors.

How do I track my order?

Why are there separate shipping charges for each product I ordered?
Products you ordered may be shipped from different locations or may be required to be shipped separately.

I would like to return a product. What do I do?

No. You will need to return the item you ordered and place a separate order for the correct size.

I received the product as a gift and would like to return it. What do I do?

I have only received a portion of my order. When will I get the rest of the items in my order?
If the product you ordered includes parts or pieces you think are missing, let us know. If you ordered more than 1 product chances are they have different lead times.

I have returned my product but still haven't gotten my refund. When will I get it?
You should allow up to 4 weeks from the time you returned your order to allow time for the product to be shipped back, inspected by the supplier and processing time.

I would like to cancel my order. What do I do?
Once we've started processing your order you may not cancel your order.
