Product quality is one of Bravisa’s key criteria in evaluation and selection of manufacturers. The quality practices of each manufacturer on the Bravisa system are on par or better than the relevant industry standard.

Can I order products directly from Bravisa?
No. Bravisa is not a shopping site by itself. Bravisa is a tool that powers seller stores. Sellers such as This bStore add value by selecting and creating unique versions of products that may be available only through their stores. So, you would have to buy products from specific seller stores and not from Bravisa.

Orders

I just placed an order. When will I receive my product?
Each product has a “ships in” time associated with it. This is the amount of time required by the manufacturer to make and ship your order. The delivery time for your product depends on how far you live from the manufacturer and the shipping option that you have chosen. Generally speaking, you will receive your product 3-5 days after the manufacturer ships your product..

Why are there separate shipping charges for different products I order?
If the different products are made by different manufacturers, separate charges apply as the products will be shipped from different locations.

The status of my order shows as “pending”.  What does this mean?

Once you place an order, the default status will show as “pending” until the manufacturer accepts your order and starts the order fulfillment process.  Orders with a status of “pending” can still be cancelled by the shopper.

The status of my order shows as “in process”.  What does this mean?
The manufacturer has accepted your order started making it.  Once an order is “in process” it can no longer be cancelled.

My order was rejected.  What happens next?
If your order was rejected, you will not be charged.  If your order was rejected for reasons due to an item being out of stock or being discontinued, you can find a similar product and reorder.  If you ordered a custom product and there was a problem with the image you submitted, you will need to reorder and submit a different image.

How can I be sure that checking out will be a secure transaction?
Bravisa has partnered with  PayPal and Google Checkout to process payments. You can use either of these accounts for checking out. Bravisa does not store your credit card information.

Will all my orders arrive from one place?
Your orders will be shipped from one place if they are processed by the same manufacturer and will arrive from different places if items within your order are processed by different manufacturers.

A product can be customized by uploading artwork. What do I do?  
Use the "Upload Image" button and the associated design tools to help you get the right size and image placement. The guidelines will be located in the product detail pages and/or in the “Help” section of the Product Option section.

When you add an image to your design, you must send the image file from your computer to our servers. The process is called "uploading." The upload time can vary widely depending on the size of the image file and the speed of your internet connection. Uploading a large image (1MB+) may take a few seconds on a fast internet connection (such as DSL) or more than 5 minutes using a slow internet connection (such as 28.8Kpbs modem).

 

There are many ways to create an image. For example, you can create one with a graphics design program, scan in a physical photograph or something you've drawn or painted, or use a digital photograph.

Do other people have access to the image I upload to create customized products?
No. The original files that you upload are stored in a secure location and can only be accessed by the authorized manufacturer of the product associated with your image.

Who owns the artwork or images that I upload on products?
You do. Please note that under our site usage policy, our partner, Bravisa, as the host site, along with the relevant manufacturer will permanently retain a copy of the artwork you upload to create products. This helps minimize manufacturing set up time and ensure that repeat orders are processed expeditiously.

I uploaded my artwork on a product. Will the actual product look the same as it appears online?
Generally, it will look the same. However, digital representation of colors might be different from the actual colors. 

I have only received a portion of my order. When will I get the rest of the items in my order?
Most likely different items in your order have different “ships in” times or are being processed by different manufacturers.  Access our Customer Service page and follow the instructions on tracking a product.
