Returns
Return policy
Most of our products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that they are unused, in original condition and are in the original packaging. Some products have a shorter return period. The specific policy for each product is listed with the product details page on our website. Customized products are not returnable.
Refund policy
Customers will be responsible for shipping the returned product back and will be reimbursed for the product cost minus the shipping costs and a restocking fee. Please note: All returned items will be inspected upon return in our warehouse. If the return is determined to be a result of our error (the item is defective or damaged), the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs or a restocking fee if the item is exchanged.
Refund time
Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to process your return.
If you need to return an order, email us at returns@bravisa.com. Please include your order #, (or your transaction id # ) and tell us why you are returning the product.
