Because the cotton is untreated with harsh chemicals, we suggest that you simply air out the pillow for a day to get rid of any noticeable odors. The pillow is NOT machine washable. It is OK to spot clean the wool pillow in a vinegar water (1 part distilled vinegar to 3 parts water) solution. This pillow may also be dry cleaned. **Please note: once you have spot cleaned or dry cleaned this pillow, you may not return it for any reason.**
